What’s inside each box?

Each box is a little treasure chest of joy! 🎁 You’ll find a mix of beauty treats, stylish accessories, a fun activity (could be a magazine, coloring book, journal, or DIY project!), and a tasty snack—all carefully chosen to match the month’s theme.

Can I purchase a box without subscribing?

Yes! We’ve got special edition boxes for one-time purchases—perfect for birthdays, surprises, or just because. But let’s be honest… once you get one, you’ll want them all! 😉

How much does a subscription cost?

Our magical boxes are $80 AUD per month, and guess what? Shipping is FREE for all subscription boxes! That means more fun, no extra cost! 🎉

When will i receive my box?

We send our Subscription Sunshine Boxes out between the 1st and 5th of each month—so get ready for a little box of joy to arrive at your doorstep! 🎁 The cut-off date to get the upcoming month's box is the 28th of the previous month. If you subscribe after the 28th, your first box will arrive the following month.

For our Mini Boxes and Special Edition Boxes, please allow 5 days after purchase for your goodies to be packed and shipped. We promise it’ll be worth the wait! 😉

What if I urgently need a box for a special occasion?

We get it—sometimes you need a last-minute gift! 🎁 You can select Express Shipping at checkout and send us a quick message. We’ll do our absolute best to make it happen for you! 💨💛

How do I cancel or modify my subscription?

6-month & 12-month plans: Life happens, and we totally get it! You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account or reaching out to us at any time. If you want to pause, modify, or cancel, just let us know, and we’ll help sort it out. No hard feelings, promise! Just make sure to cancel before your next billing cycle.

Do you offer subscription boxes for different age groups?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, we’re all about making our boxes the perfect fit for girls 4-11, but stay tuned! 😄🎁

Are your products suitable for my 3-year-old child?

Yes, most of our products are suitable for younger children, but some DIY projects contain small pieces and are not recommended for children under 3. Adult supervision is always recommended for all activities.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns for our boxes, but we do offer exchanges and refunds for damaged or faulty items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box if there’s an issue, and we’ll be happy to help!
