What age is the box suitable for?
Our Sunshine Boxes are designed for girls aged 4 to 11, with age-appropriate, joy-filled items that encourage creativity, confidence, and fun.
Is it the same as a regular Sunshine Box?
Yes! Gifted boxes are identical to our subscription boxes—each one is thoughtfully themed and beautifully curated.
Can I include a personal message?
Absolutely! At checkout, you can add a custom gift message. We’ll include it in the box on a sweet, printed note.
When will the gift box ship?
Gifted Sunshine Boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month.
If you choose to gift a Mini or Special Edition Box, it will ship within 2–3 business days of your order.
Can I ship it directly to the recipient?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout—we’ll take care of the rest. No prices will appear in the package.
Can I gift more than one box or a subscription?
Definitely! You can gift a single box or choose a 2, 3, 6, or 12-month plan—with no auto-renew.
Is the gift returnable?
We don’t offer returns for change of mind, but we do offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on first boxes—even for gifts! If the recipient isn’t happy, we’ll make it right.
Will the recipient be charged for future boxes?
No—all gift subscriptions are prepaid and non-renewing, so there are no surprise charges.
Can I update gift details after placing the order?
Yes! If you need to make changes (like the shipping address or message), please contact us within 24 hours—or before your box is shipped (within 2–3 business days for one-time gifts).
Can I gift multiple months?
Yes—you can choose a 2,3, 6, or 12-month prepaid subscription. It’s a one-time payment and does not auto-renew.
